Designed by a greenhouse owner to keep produce fresh for market, owner Sally Erickson found that even the freshest vegetables turn to brown slime when stored in plastic. Sally prototyped her first organic cloth "veggie" bags in her living room in and started to deliver her farmers market produce to her customers in Vejibags.
